We matched on Bumble after Meg wrote a wordy pickup line based on an Edgar Allen Poe short story, The Cask of Amontillado. Six hours away from one another in the real world, we had somehow planned on meeting when Taylor had decided to come to Orlando for a few days during his planned leave. Meg offered him free admission to the Disney Parks and a private tour, and on May 5th, 2024 we met in person outside of his AirBNB to go visit Disney Springs. A five-day-long first date later, and we were official and inseparable... well, as inseparable as two in a long distance relationship could be. Though, by the same time the next year, Meg left Orlando to join Taylor in the Panhandle, and now we are more than thrilled to get started on the rest of our lives together here 2 years later.
