Question

What is Amazing Graze Barn/ Events?

Answer

Amazing Graze Events is a part of First Fruits Farm in Louisburg, North Carolina. First Fruits was founded by former NFL lineman, Jason Brown, to share the love of Christ and aid in hunger relief in eastern North Carolina. With over 1,000 acres of farmland, the mission of First Fruits Farm is to help neighbors obtain access to fresh produce by growing it, donating it and equipping them to do the same. Amazing Graze Barns is a 7,500 square foot, historic, dairy barn wedding venue set among the rolling hills, pastures and lakes of First Fruits Farm.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will take place upstairs in the barn, which was the hay loft and has been converted into a chapel. The barn is historic, rustic and beautiful and it is air conditioned. The cocktail hour will be outdoors under a covered patio. Dinner will be indoors in the barn and the reception will take up the entire space. The band and dancing will be outdoors, so you will be walking and dancing in grass. Tables and chairs for sitting and the bar will be available indoors throughout the night.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We want our guests to be comfortable and to wear whatever makes them feel their best. Because this is the celebration of our marriage, we'd love for our guest to dress for the occasion, but everyone being comfortable and feeling great is most important to us.

Question

Does Amazing Graze Events have any rules guest must follow?

Answer

You will love the owners of First Fruits Farm and their staff - their goals is for everyone to have a memorable experience and to enjoy the day. Because we will be guests on a working farm, we are asked to adhere to the following rules: 1. No vaping or smoking. This is strictly prohibited, except within the designated smoking areas. 2. Based on N.C. State ABC permits, no alcohol from outside the venue is allowed. We are providing bar service for our guests. Any alcohol brought onto the property will be confiscated and the guest may be asked to leave. 3. Refrain from entering the animal paddocks. Again, this is a working farm and there are cows, donkeys, chickens, goats, etc. all very close to the event space. To maintain the safety and well-being of the animals, guests are asked to refrain from entering the animal paddocks or attempting to feed the animals.

Question

Can I bring a guest who was not included on my invitation?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate with you. Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding.
