Plan Your Trip

All things Royal Caribbean!

Cruise Packages, Excursions, and Entertainment

Please click “plan my cruise” on the website or app & start planning! :) You can choose your drink package, excursions, internet, dining, and spa/fitness activities too! *Price reductions are applicable for food and beverage packages, salon, and excursions- so keep your eye out! Price can be reduced even after full payment, but prior to January 10th, 2025. In addition, aboard this ship, entertainment and shows are a first come first serve basis. The preview of entertainment/shows will be available to view starting January 1, 2025 in the dashboard on the app.

Packing

Since there are not a lot of restrictions like with flying, the options are endless! There are quite a bit online suggestions, especially for first time cruisers. Please view the link I made for a comprehensive guide I found online- it is quite helpful, even for ideas! Click "View" below to be directed to the packing list! -* An important reminder*: the only approved multi-electrical charger is a multi-PORT / USB plug. This is a charger block with several usb ports that plugs into 1 outlet. -Do NOT bring extension cords, power adapters/chargers, and anything that would add an additional outlet to your room, as they are prohibited and may be confiscated. * You are able to bring one 50-milliliter bottle of wine/chamagne per guest. Alcohol bought in ports of call will be returned to you at the end of trip. You can also bring up to 12 containers, up to 17 ounces each, of non-alcohol drinks per room. If you bring your bottle of wine in public, you’ll be charged a corkage fee.

Luggage

Luggage tags can be found solely on your royal account on the web (NOT the app). It should be printed and attached to any suitcase you are bringing aboard the cruise. If you forget them, the porters at the embarkment pier have blank ones. You will also have the option to drop your luggage off with a porter before boarding and have it delivered to your room or carry your luggage with you until the rooms are ready. Delivery times of luggage varies, but generally between 1-4:30pm. If you need anything requests to guest services are accepted (such as extension cord for CPAP). Please see FAQ section for more details! For departure, your luggage (with tags!!) will need to go outside your room by 10:00pm the night before coming back to port. Make sure to keep any carry-on items with you or a change of clothes for the morning! Click "View" below to be directed to common FAQ's via Royal Caribbean website

Check In and Guest Boarding

Check-in is now LIVE! Please make sure to check in either online or in the app. This will be your arrival time on the ship (though I hear they are not “too picky” about coming early or later- however there is no guarantee they are able to accommodate). Once you have checked in online, you are able to view your SetSail Pass- this is your "temporary" boarding pass (Sea Pass) until you get to your room. The Sea Pass is a plastic card which acts as your room key. You also use it to pay for things aboard the boat and gets scanned as you leave and come back to the ship when in port. You will notice a "Muster Code" on your SetSail Pass. This a safety briefing that can be completed via the app (under "safety" tab) as soon as you board or on your stateroom TV. It consists of a life jacket instructions video and listening to an emergency horn. You can then visit your muster station that is listed. The Crew will verify you’ve completed everything or help you to complete all the steps.

Communication While on the Ship

One of the easier ways to communicate while onboard, is using the Royal Caribbean App-- the App is also where you will check in for cruise boarding. Download the App through your cell phone. While on board the ship, connect through the ship WIFI. Guests in the same room will automatically be connected to the chat. You can also invite others shipmates to chat, however we should all be linked to chat! *It is reported that notifications from chats do tend to lag, or not appear sometimes- so it is recommended if you are using this form of communication, to also manually check the app.
