While we’d love to have your guests attend, due to COVID-19 we had to dramatically reduce the size of our wedding. At this time our guest list is extremely limited and we will only be able accommodate those listed on your invitation. We hope that you understand that this is a drastic measure we never expected to have to take.
Yes, face masks will be required at all times regardless of the regulation changes. If you do not have a mask you will be denied entry to the Church and venue.
We want you to be able to really enjoy our wedding day, feeling truly present and in the moment with us. We've hired an amazing wedding photographer who will be capturing the way the wedding looks — and we're inviting each of you to sit back, relax, and just enjoy how the wedding feels. We're respectfully asking that everyone consider leaving all cameras and cell phones off during our ceremony. Of course we will be happy to share our wedding photos with you afterward!
After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby. Guests can head back to the hotel to relax, freshen-up, change or grab a drink at the bar. Shuttle service to our reception will be provided to those staying at the hotel.
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors. However, our cocktail hour will be a combination of indoor/outdoor. Our venue is beautiful and right on the water so please feel free to take a walk on the property at any time you need a fresh breath of air.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures onto their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #OnceUponADevine2021 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
All guests must receive a negative COVID-19 diagnostic test result. Acceptable tests include FDA authorized PCR or NAAT tests performed within 72 hours of the wedding, or FDA authorized antigen (“rapid”) tests performed within 6 hours of the wedding. All guests must present proof of negative test results to designated venue staff prior to or immediately upon arrival. Alternatively, guests may present proof of vaccination at least 14 days prior to the wedding. Any guest who fails to provide a negative diagnostic test result or proof of immunization must be denied entry to the wedding.
For any attendee that has tested positive for COVID-19 within 90 days of the event, and is still producing a positive test result despite no active infection, the following documents must be provided: proof of most recent FDA approved positive test result, and proof of the positive test result within 90 days with completed order of isolation from health authority, plus documentation from a qualified health care professional indicating that the attendee is not considered to have an active COVID-19 infection based on the most recent positive test result.
