We're getting married!

It all started with a conversation. Vanessa (Marisa's sister) got a bright idea to sign Marisa up for online dating when she had refused to meet her future husband online. She was adamant about "times have changed" and "its 2020." Marisa agreed, not knowing what God had in store for her. Within one week, we were exchanging messages. We decided to meet in person for coffee (which Marisa was 30 minutes late by the way). Taylor will never let her live that down, but Marisa is so glad he waited and gave her a chance :) We talked for about 3 hours at the coffee shop, then decided that we might as well have dinner together too. We like to say we had 2 dates in one day. We realized very early in our dating relationship that this one was different. Valentine’s Day is special to us. It is the reason we chose this day, because it is reminder to us of God's goodness and hope. Marisa remembers wondering if God had someone for her the year prior to meeting Taylor and it was on Valentine’s Day 2020 that he told her he loved her. Fast forward another year, and it is the day we will get married!
