Madysen and Taylor met online while in college. While holidays were in season, they went on their first date in January 2021 and started officially dating twelve days later on January 19, 2021. Time passed and with growth comes change, Taylor graduated with her B.S. in Civil Engineering in 2023 and her Masters in Geotechnical Engineering in 2024 from ASU. Madysen obtained her B.S. in Justice Studies from ASU also in 2024. Fun fact: Taylor and Mady's first date lasted four days, they just enjoyed each others company so much.

On Taylor and Mady's 4 year dating anniversary, the two planned a huge date night in Seattle, Mady took Taylor to lunch and to a make your own candle shop. Afterwards the two went to Kerry Park to take in the beautiful day and the spectacular Seattle skyline. Then, on that day (January 18th, 2025) they proposed to each other.
