Travel
Stay:
Everyone is invited to stay at the venue. All the rooms are paid for for all four days and will be assigned to everyone. You will receive room assignments upon arrival.
Airports:
Carcassonne Airport - 13 minutes
Toulouse - 50 minutes (multiple trains a day from Toulouse)
Trains:
Bram station – 5 minutes
Carcassonne – 20 minutes
Barcelona - 3 - 4 hours
Paris - 5 - 7 hours
Drive:
Toulouse Airport - 1 - 1.5 hours
Barcelona Airport - 4 - 5 hours
Paris Airport - 9 - 10 hours
Flying into Barcelona or Paris will most likely be the cheapest airports to fly into internationally.
Shuttles can be arranged from the Carcassonne Airport to the venue.
It is recommended that you rent a car if you want to explore, as public transportation around the venue is not frequent.
The time difference is 8 hours so you will lose a day to travel.
