This story begins in a dental office when Luke met Taylor's sister Noelle while briefly working together at her dental practice. Noelle quickly recognized Luke and Taylor would be a perfect match as they both have the same sense of humor and quick wit. So an introduction was made! (Thanks, Noelle!) When Taylor and Luke met for their first date, it was clear to both of them that this was something special. Their first date included seafood towers and endless conversation at Hank's Oyster Bar followed by riding scooters around the National Mall for hours. Many fun dates included golf matches at East Potomac where once Taylor started sinking putt after putt Luke would chivalrously decide the match ended in a tie. From music concerts at the Anthem, to dancing around the living room to Taylor Swift, to dates at their favorite restaurant Le Diplomate, Taylor and Luke found that the best part of living in DC was each other. The only secret Luke was ever able to hide from Taylor was arranging a dream proposal overlooking the Potomac River followed by a celebration with their families at the place of their first date, Hank's on the Wharf. Taylor and Luke are now celebrating their nuptials in the city where they met, live, and fell in love.
