Question
Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?
Answer
White Willow Meadows will be the site for the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Their address is 10260 Ballah Rd Orient, OH 43146.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
The ceremony will begin punctually at 4:30pm. Please arrive no later than 4:15pm. Cocktail hour to immediately follow from 5pm-6pm.

Where can I park?
Answer
There will be ample free parking on site at White Willow Meadows. Vehicles may remain overnight but must be picked up by 9:30am Sunday. Additionally, if you are staying at the hotel we will offer a shuttle service to and from the venue for the day.

Will there be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue?
Answer
Yes! Departure to venue: A free shuttle will depart from the Hilton at 3:30pm. Due to limited seating, please arrive promptly to secure your spot. Return to the hotel: Shuttle service back to the Hilton will operate throughout the evening.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We are requesting cocktail attire (semi-formal) for our wedding. We'd love to see our friends and family dress up with us! The ceremony will be outdoors, and cocktail hour/reception will be indoors. Wear whatever color you would like, but please no white.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one it will appear on your invitation.

Are kids invited?
Answer
We are asking guests refrain from bringing children. We are hoping this is a much deserved night out for the parents!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Come ready to celebrate with free drinks including three special cocktails - The Hank, The Ollie, and The Franklin 🐾

What happens if I don't RSVP?
Answer
RSVPs are due by June 14, 2025. If you do not RSVP in time you will be marked as "not attending." We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVPs.

There will be three plated dinner options, please choose one on your RSVP - Chicken parmesan Center cut sirloin Four cheese ravioli

What color will the bridesmaids be wearing?

The bridesmaids will be wearing sage green dresses.
