What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony starts AT 4pm. Please be there by 3:45pm to make it to your seat so we can start on time 🙂

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle running at two separate times from the hotel to venue before our ceremony. We will also have the shuttle available to take guests back to the hotel. Please do not drink and drive. Times: 2:15PM from hotel to venue 3:15PM from hotel to venue 10:00PM and 11:15PM from venue back to the hotel *You ARE able to leave your vehicle parked at the venue over night.

Is photography allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely not. PLEASE respect our wishes and let the photographer capture our love. We promise we’ll share! Do not be the person that ruins our pictures! We prefer everyone be completely present with us. After the ceremony, take as many as you want! Thank you!

A note to family that is traveling...

One of the biggest reasons we picked our venue is because we have the entire property Thursday morning - Sunday afternoon. We wanted to have the option to enjoy and take in this special moment with our loved ones! You are welcome (& encouraged 😉) to make your reservations from Thursday-Sunday, and come spend time with us at Caribou Bay. The venue has hiking trails, a lake, a tennis court and beautiful scenery. Can’t wait to see you there!
