Answer
The resort app is "The Excellence Collection" and downloading it will give you access to the resort map, activities schedule, and a list of restaurant and their dress codes! We used the app every day during our visit and highly recommend having it downloaded to make the most of your experience!

WHAT IS THE WEDDING ATTIRE?
Answer
The wedding attire is beach semi-formal! For women: mini, midi, or maxi dresses or jumpsuit. For men: Long pants, button up shirt. Suit jackets and ties are optional.

Do the resort restaurants have a dress code?
Answer
YES! Some restaurants on site do have a dress code. However, it is mostly for the men to follow. Please make sure to pack a collared shirt, long pants and closed toed shoes for these restaurants! You can find out specifically which ones using the app!

What day should we arrive at the resort?
Answer
Our special wedding discount code is available for stays between March 18th and March 25th. We’ll be at Finest Resorts Punta Cana for the entire week, and we would be so thrilled to have you join us for as many days as you can! Most events we host will take place prior to the wedding so please keep that in mind when booking if you’d like to attend!

When is the latest we can book a room?
Answer
January 16th, 2026 is the last day to book a room before our promo code expires. Please note, our discount code IS NOT a room block and rooms are subject to resort availability. We recommend booking your stay at your earliest convenience to ensure you are able to stay on the resort with us!

How to we use the promo code to book our room?
Answer
When selecting your room, you'll see a field labeled "Promo Code" on the booking page. Please enter "JLWMAR26FPC" before completing your reservation to apply the offer!

Can we book through a travel website instead of the hotel website?
Answer
Unfortunately, rooms must be reserved directly with the hotel and utilizing the assigned promo code to qualify for the group rate and be considered a part of our wedding.

Is there a minimum amount of nights we must stay?
Answer
Yes, your stay at the resort must be a minimum of 3 nights! However, those 3 nights can be a combination of whichever dates are most convenient for you as long as one of the nights is our wedding day, March 21st.

Is a deposit required for booking?
Answer
No deposit is required for booking and all reservations booked under the promo code will be charged in full thirty days before each arrival date to the credit card provided during the booking process. Please note, no partial payments are allowed.

Is there a cancelation fee?
Answer
Cancelations of direct bookings with our promo code received 24 hours or more before arrival will not be subject to a cancelation fee. Cancelations received within 24 hours or less before arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the total of the entire stay. No refund will apply in case of a no-show or early departure. Please note, the free cancelation policy DOES NOT apply to the non-refundable rate bookings.

Is there a shuttle service to and from the airport?
Answer
Finest offers a complimentary round-trip transportation service per room reservation. All guests on each room reservation must arrive and leave at the same time. Please email transfers.domrep@seasonstours.com to book this service prior to your stay. There is more information regarding requirements on the travel section on this website.

What time is Check-In and Check Out?
Answer
Guest Check-In is at 3:30 pm and Guest Check-Out is at 11:00 am typically. If you arrive before check-in, feel free to begin enjoying all the resort’s facilities—Finest resorts are happy to have you start your stay early!

Is there an adults only section?
Answer
Excellence Club at Finest Resorts are "Adult Only Areas" so if you are interested in staying on this side of the property, please make sure to book a room that is listed under Excellence Club. Any guest staying in these rooms must be 18 years or older!

Are children invited?
Answer
Yes, we would love to have the youngest members of our family present for our special day too! Please make sure when you are selecting a room, that it is a “Finest Club” room, which is on the family friendly side of the resort!

What are the age ranges that are required for the discounted children rates?
Answer
Child rates are considered for guests between 4-12 years old when sharing a room with 2 adults paying double rate. Infants from 0-3 years old are of no extra charge when sharing a room with 2 adults paying double rate.

Can we book a different hotel and come to the wedding?
Answer
Technically you can, but we strongly encourage staying at the resort with us! There is a $100 dollar per person fee to attend our wedding, and unfortunately you wouldn’t be allowed to attend any other events we are hosting. Please note, this rule also applies for any other Excellence properties such as Punta Cana and El Carmen.

No, the promo code is only valid for suite bookings and flights must be booked separately!
