We encourage you to look for deals on websites such as Travelocity. Sometimes they have great deals for combining the flight and hotel, too! Do some searching :)

The resort does a deal where you can rent 5 rooms and get the 6th one free. If you want to try and do this with others going to Mexico, get ahold of me and I can let you know the estimate for people wanting to arrive and leave, and we can try and do this deal :) It'll do some planning, but we could definitely save some money!

The best time to book your flight is about 5-6 months before the trip. Start keeping your eye out in December. You can sign up on SkyScanner.com for email alerts about change of price. It might be a little annoying to get so many emails, but when you find a price you like it'll be worth it. Other websites you can use are StudentUniverse.com (for those college kids), statravel.com, and hipmunk.com.
