Ferry

Most guests will opt to take the beautiful 20 minute ferry over to Whidbey Island. The ferry normally runs every 30 minutes, and does not take reservations. The summer months can be busy and there is often a ferry line, so make sure to give yourself plenty of time to get over to the island if you plan to take the ferry the day of the wedding. If you do not want to take the ferry, you may drive around through Deception Pass which takes ~2.5 hours from Seattle.

Shuttles, Taxis, and Parking

We are happy to provide transportation to and from both the Welcome Party and Wedding for guests who requested transportation within their RSVP. Please review the schedule below, by hitting the "View" button and note the times and location of your pick up. To find your shuttle or cab, scroll down to identify your accommodations and review the associated shuttle or cab schedule for your group. If you have any questions before the wedding, please reach out to Taylor. If you have questions during the event, please contact the Shuttle company (360-679-4003) or the cab company (360-941-8864) and let them know you are with the Knott wedding and you will be put in touch with our transportation managers for each company. If for some reason you are unable to contact them, please reach out to Rob Eley (434-962-8627). We would like to remind our guests that Whidbey does not have Uber or Lyft options. On both Saturday and Sunday, parking will be available on-site for those driving to the venue. If you prefer not to drive your vehicle home after either event, you can pick it up the next day. We would love to have guests take advantage of the three day weekend, and enjoy an amazing stay on Whidbey Island! For guests looking for hotel or house rentals, please check out our recommendations below. The wedding festivities will be located in South Whidbey, so we recommend finding lodging near downtown Langley where shuttles will be running to and from the venue. We also recommend booking early due to the holiday weekend and busy summer demand!

Flight

Flight Information

For guests flying in for the wedding, we recommend flying into Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) or Paine Field (PAE). Airport shuttles are available from both airports to Whidbey Island. Please see the website for more information.
