I FaceTime her at least ten times a day because, honestly at this point, I wouldn’t know what to do if I didn’t know what she had for lunch every day. When we were little, I once found her hiding in my room while I was having friends over for my birthday. Instead of embracing her, I asked, “Why do you want to be somewhere you’re not wanted?” I still feel bad about that to this day—because now, I prefer her to be anywhere I go. Having her by my side as my Maid of Honor is just a small reflection of what she’s always been to me: someone I love beyond words and never want to do life without. ❤️

Lily is the definition of strength—both physically and in spirit. Any physical adventure I come up with, she’s always the first to say yes (no hesitation, no questions asked). But beyond her love for adventure, what truly sets her apart is her unmatched drive and determination. The obstacles she’s overcome in her life inspire me relentlessly, and I am constantly in awe of her resilience. Despite how big her muscles are, her heart is even bigger. She has this incredible ability to make you feel truly seen, like you matter in the deepest way. I couldn’t imagine this day—or any day—without her by my side. From the moment we met, Cameron has been someone I could confide in about anything. He’s always there for the people who need him, no questions asked. Beyond that, we share a love for camping, which has led to some of the best memories—just good times, deep talks, and a lot of laughs. But what truly sets Cameron apart is his heart—he genuinely cares for everyone around him, no matter who they are. Couldn’t ask for a better best man or a better friend.

I call her JKotts, and if there’s one thing to know about her, it’s that she is always down for literally any idea anyone has. We met when she worked for me at Lunatic Fringe, but that didn’t last long—because after a particularly slow day at work, we randomly looked up a brew fest in Bend, Oregon, booked an Airbnb on the spot, and I knew I had to make it official. I told her I wanted to be best friends, so she was just going to have to quit… and she did. And honestly, best decision ever. Jessi has the biggest heart and an effortless confidence that makes everyone around her feel like they can take on the world. But let me warn you—never trust her on the elevation of a backpacking trip (it’s always more than she says) or how many miles we’ll actually be hiking that day. She’s been one of my greatest adventures, and I’m beyond lucky to have her in my life! ❤️

Jodi and I have been best friends for nearly 20 years, and our friendship is the kind that has stood the test of time—through every stage of life, every wild idea, and every unforgettable moment. From teaching her how to dance to "What's Your Fantasy" by Ludacris when we were kids to now watching her be the incredible mom of two boys, it’s been amazing to grow up together. And while we may have had very different upbringings, that never stopped us from being inseparable. I’ll never forget the time I tried to be a bad influence and made her sneak out—only for her to go as far as the end of the driveway. Some things never change, and honestly, I love that about her. One of the most special moments of my life was the night Kevin and I got engaged, and Jodi was right there, sharing in the excitement with me. She has always been someone who shows me what’s possible in life, encouraging me to dream big and go after what I want. Through the years, Tori has been by my side through some of the biggest spiritual awakenings of my life, always offering her unwavering support, wisdom, and kindness. She is, without a doubt, the kindest person I have ever met, and I feel so lucky to call her my friend. Oh, and did I mention she’s an incredible singer? Because she is! Having Tori stand beside me on my wedding day means the world to me, just as her friendship has meant the world to me every day since we met. ❤️

Emma is the sister I gained through family, but more importantly, she’s become a true friend. From the moment we met, we just got each other—especially when it comes to humor. She is so funny, and we share the same quick-witted, sometimes ridiculous sense of humor that keeps me laughing constantly. One of my favorite things is that we both play Boise rec volleyball together and share a deep love for sports. Whether it’s a casual game or something more competitive, we both bring the same energy—all in, all heart, and maybe a little too much trash talk (in the best way, of course). But what I admire most about Emma is her determination. When she sets her mind to something, there is absolutely no stopping her. She is driven, passionate, and always ready to tackle whatever challenge comes her way. Our friendship was sealed when we both decided to leave at the same time to embark on a new caffeine-fueled adventure at Dutch Bros. But coffee wasn’t the only thing we had in common—we quickly realized our connection ran much deeper. From spontaneous trips to deep, soul-nourishing conversations, Emma and I have always shared a love for exploring—both the world and ourselves. Even when she moved across the country to North Carolina, our friendship never wavered. I couldn’t resist visiting her, and together, we adventured through new places, making unforgettable memories along the way. Beyond our travels, Emma and I have always supported each other’s journeys in personal and spiritual growth. She’s the kind of friend with whom I can have the deepest, realest conversations—ones that leave us feeling seen, understood, and inspired.
