What is the venue like?
Answer
Bella Cavalli in Aubrey, Texas, is a gorgeous 130-acre venue with the perfect mix of rustic charm and modern elegance. You’ll find open fields, cozy fire pits, and their beautiful animals including a camel and two Friesian horses that starred in the Hunger Games— it’s straight out of a fairytale. There’s plenty of on-site parking, but since it’s about 45 minutes north of DFW, we recommend carpooling or grabbing an Uber or Lyft if you’d rather not drive. Heels won’t be an issue for the ceremony or reception, but if you plan to explore the grounds, you might want to bring something more comfortable. And just a heads-up: February in North Texas can be chilly, rainy, or unpredictable, so plan to layer up and get ready for an unforgettable night of love and laughter at Bella Cavalli.

💕 Wedding Day Schedule- Below is our current itinerary for the big day- we can't wait to celebrate with you! 📍Bella Cavalli — 1661 West Sherman Drive Aubrey, TX 76227 ✨ 4:00 PM — Ceremony Please be seated by 4:00 PM as we begin our ceremony. 🍸 4:30 PM — Cocktail Hour Enjoy drinks and light bites as the celebration begins. 🍽️ 5:30 PM — Dinner Dinner and toasts to follow — relax, eat, and enjoy the evening. 🎉 6:30 PM — Party The dance floor opens — time to celebrate! 🌙 11:00 PM — Conclusion The evening comes to a close. Please plan ahead for your ride home — Uber, Lyft, or a designated driver are all encouraged.

Is there a dress code?

In the spirit of Valentine’s Day, love will fill the room — and we’d love for you to help set the mood. Please join us in all-black cocktail or semi formal attire, and keep in mind that February in North Texas can be chilly, rainy, and classically unpredictable.

How do I RSVP and when is it due?
Answer
Please RSVP through our Zola website by December 31, 2025. When you open the RSVP page, simply search your name — any additionally invited guests in your party will appear alongside you. From there, just confirm your attendance and let us know if we’ll see you on the dance floor!

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Unfortunately, due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation. We hope you understand, and we can’t wait to celebrate together!

Love will be flowing — and so will the drinks! 🥂 We’ll be celebrating with a full open bar, so come ready to sip, dance, and toast to a night of laughter, candlelight, and happily ever after. Please plan ahead for your ride home — whether it’s a designated driver, Uber, or Lyft, we want everyone to celebrate safely and make it home with love (and all their dance moves) intact.

Bring your appetite, your best dance moves, and maybe a cozy sweater — February in North Texas likes to keep us guessing! 😉 Your presence is truly the best gift, but if you’d like to contribute, we’ve created a honeymoon fund to help us make new memories together. Yes — the best dog will be there, dressed to impress and stealing hearts as usual. 🐾 We adore all pets, but this will be a humans-only event, so please leave your pups at home to relax while we celebrate!
