For our wedding, we kindly request black tie optional. We would love to see our friends and family dressed up! Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit and tie. Ladies are encouraged to wear mid length - floor length dresses. We kindly ask for no jeans. We encourage colors! Black tie does not have to be just "black". Our wedding inspiration has been "Southern Chic" Meets French Estate. Answer

Yes there is parking onsite. Cars can be left overnight if needed. They must be picked up by 11am on Sunday.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

A trolley service is being provided with pickups and drop offs to the Fairfield Inn & Suites Madison Historic Eagle Cotton Mill. The Trolley will begin service prior to the ceremony at 3:45pm with the last pickup being 4:30pm. It will begin return service back to the hotel starting at 9pm with the last pickup at 11pm.

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only. We thank you for your understanding.
