We're Getting Married!

We met in December of 2016 at a wedding located at the Red Hill mansion in Delhi. Katie was in attendance with her friend, Kasey, who persistently encouraged her to introduce herself to Taylor. It wasn’t until later on in the night that Katie built up the courage, liquid courage may have played a part, to say hello. The following night Taylor asked her to join him at Excalibur (an arcade/ recreational center) for their first date.

While on our annual Welcome to Rockville (a rock music festival) vacation in Daytona Beach, Taylor popped the question…. Finally! During a vibrant, tranquil sunset we walked down the Daytona Boardwalk admiring the sights and attractions. We made our way to a park by the beach, then suddenly, Taylor exclaimed “WHAT IS THAT?!?” Katie twisted her gaze to a collection of flowers on the ground next to her. She realized that was no ordinary flower memorial, instead it was flowers in a heart shaped arrangement with “will you marry me?” spelled out in the middle. Katie, overcome with emotion, said “YES!”. Just at this moment, the photographer stepped out and captured our special moment.
