You may choose among these three options: Minnesota Chicken: Chicken breast stuffed with wild rice and cranberries, topped with a cream sauce. Beef Burgundy: Classic French beef stew, braised in red wine sauce with mushrooms and slab bacon. Saffron Lentils and Polenta: Lentils flavored with carrots, celery, vegetable stock and finished with a touch of butter and fresh cilantro served with cornmeal cake topped with sun-dried tomato pesto and parmesan. (vegetarian and gluten free) Children's Meal: Macaroni & cheese served with applesauce. Yes! We love kids. There will even be an activity room set up at the venue if your little ones need a break.
If your invitation says "And Guest," then yes! If not, then we'd prefer if it was just you.
Festive dress or cocktail attire is suggested.
Yes! A shuttle will run between the St. Paul Hotel and the wedding venue. A shuttle will depart from the hotel at 2:50 PM. At the end of the night the shuttles will depart from the venue at 10:30 PM and 11:30 PM.
All of the festivities will be held inside.
COLD! The historic high/low for late December is 24/9 degrees Fahrenheit (and that is not including windchill). Make sure to bring a warm winter jacket, hat, gloves, and warm boots or shoes. We will have plenty of coat space at the venue, so do not worry about over-dressing!
