Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: A tuxedo is not required, but the event is still formal enough for one to be appropriate. Men should wear a tuxedo or formal dark suit and tie. Women should wear a long evening dress, dressy suit or formal cocktail-length dress.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outside, and cocktail hour will be held on the back porch of Nathan Hall. Our reception and buffet dinner will be inside of Nathan Hall.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

There will be signs to direct guests where to park once you arrive at Rose Hill. There is no charge for parking at the venue.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking pictures nearby for about an hour. Guests can head over to Nathan Hall for cocktail hour.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We have blocked rooms at special rate of $139 per night at The Holiday Inn, 10 minutes from our venue. Visit the Travel page on our website for more details. Please make sure to book your room by June 17th 2021 to ensure you will have a place to stay.

Is there a shuttle to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Two shuttles will take guests from the hotel to Rose Hill Estate at 5:20 pm. There will be a return trip leaving Rose Hill Estate at 9:30 pm if needed and then final pickup at 11:40 pm after the reception ends! Additionally, there will be a return trip departing the hotel at 10 am on Sunday, July 18th if you need to go pick up your vehicle from Rose Hill Estate.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We are registered at Target and Amazon. Please visit the Registry tab on our website for a direct link to our registries.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #BridetoBullitis so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Will dinner be served?

Answer

Yes, we will have a buffet-style dinner following the ceremony and cocktail hour.
