Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at the venue no later than 4:15pm; you can arrive as early as 4pm. This will allow time for you to park, sign our guestbook, and find your seat. Once the ceremony begins at 4:30pm, entrance will not be granted until after the ceremony is completed.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a dedicated parking lot at Serra Plaza.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us, so we encourage all gets to wear formal or black tie attire. Formal dress code for women includes, floor length gowns, tea-length, and midi dresses. For men, this includes suits and tuxes. We kindly ask that our guests avoid short dresses, denim/jeans, and traditional colors reserved for the bride (white, cream, ivory).

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors within a courtyard, while cocktail hour will be indoors.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception to an adults-only event with the exception of our wedding party and immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your guest's name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family. Thank you for your understanding!

Feel free to RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than July 20th.

What if I don't RSVP on time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by August 20th, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged ceremony" (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say "I do". We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Can I bring my own adult beverages?

Answer

We will be supplying alcohol and have a bartending service who will be handling the beverages. Due to venue policy and regulations, you are not allowed to bring any other alcoholic beverages onto the premises.
