An unplugged ceremony is where guests are REQUIRED to turn off their devices during the ceremony. This insures that cellphones or tablets will not ruin any pictures taken by the professional photographer. Also it insures that there are no embarrassing moments where cell phones start to ring during the vows. Yikes. Don’t worry though, you can pull your cell phones back out right after you are dismissed from the ceremony to the reception. -Taylor
If you don’t believe that your kids will be somewhat quiet during the ceremony text me at (423)9431900. I can grant your babies permission to use a device with headphones to keep them occupied. However, this is NOT an excuse for adults/teenagers to use their device during the ceremony or take pictures during the ceremony. If you need there are large bathrooms by the treehouse for your use if you need to step out with your child. If any mothers are nursing text me at the number above and we will give you a special room for you to nurse. During the reception there will be a kids table with coloring pages and goody bags.
We are offering a PIZZA BAR. There also will be a Vegan Pizza for our Vegan Guests. Also instead of a Cocktail Hour (as you may know Taylor is still underage so it would be a little strange to have a bar) we will be having a Coffee Bar with lawn games.
This is tricky because it’s in October. We really aren’t sure if it will be 100 degrees or 50 degrees. Just in case bring a light jacket.
Our Ceremony will be outdoors completely. Our reception is technically outdoors, but under a tent.

Once you enter the venue all you have to do is drive to the back of the venue. You will pass the quarry and the treehouse. The Venue Coordinator should be there leading cars to the appropriate place to park. Parking is completely free.
On your RSVP card there should be a little handwritten note saying “# of seats saved” That is the number of chairs available for you. Our Wedding is strictly RSPV only. We will only be able to accommodate that number of people.
