Joseph and I met in January of 2016. This was my senior year of high school and Joe’s first year as a United States Marine. My friend asked me to take a roadtrip with her to see her fiancé in Lawton, Oklahoma. Little did I know that a blonde haired boy with blue eyes and a guitar would steal my heart that day! Fast foward some time and before Joe and I knew it, I was leaving college in Kansas to move into our first home in North Carolina! We had such a great time there. A year later we moved to Delaware and he proposed to me at Rehobeth Beach on August 8th, 2018. Deeply in love is such an understatement for us! We are so excited to continue to grow and share our love story with our friends and family.
