What is the Disney app?

Answer

The Disney app, ‘My Disney Experience’, will help you navigate the parks. There are park and resort maps on there, it shows wait times for all rides, you will use it for mobile orders, everything you’ll need to find is shown on the map

What is a Magic Band?

Answer

This is a Disney lifeline! It does everything while on property! You will use it to open your resort door, enter the parks, make purchases, store your PhotoPass photos, and to enter FassPass lines. If you’re staying on property they start at $5 and you can order it right through your Disney account and have it shipped to you or they will give it to you at check in. You can also forgo the Magic Band and use MagicMobile on the My Disney Experience app.

What is a Park Reservation?

Answer

A park reservation is needed in addition to your park tickets, this one is free though. Without a park reservation you won’t be able to enter one of the 4 theme parks even if you’ve purchased your tickets. You can make these on their website.

Do I need park tickets for the wedding or rehearsal?

Answer

No. We have taken care of all of this for you guys. We have a guide we will meet up with before entering the parks.

How do I get around Disney?

Answer

There are complimentary buses, sky-liners, and monorails available for you to use at various locations.

How do I make a dining reservation?

Answer

You can make a dining reservation on the Disney website, on the My Disney Experience app, or by calling 407-939-3463. A reservation is needed for all dine in restaurants and character meals!
