Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We had to limit our guest list - please only bring those named on your invitation. If you have been given a plus one, your invitation will indicate that.

Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! Please see our "travel" page for information on hotel blocks! If you prefer to find your own accommodations, there are several other hotels as well as vacation rentals in Hood River.

Question

What's the best way to get from the airport to Hood River?

Answer

Here's a link with all the best options: https://visithoodriver.com/transportation/ The Columbia Area Transit (CAT) bus is the cheapest and easiest option if you aren't renting a car. The CAT is $10/person each way. If you are interested in being connected with others arriving around the same time to share cars or ubers, reach out to Joe or Taylor and we'll help connect you!

Will there be a shuttle for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We will have a shuttle pick up at both Hood River Hotel and Holiday Inn for our wedding as well as return guests. If you are not staying at one of these hotels, you'll need to make your way to one of them for shuttle pick up.

Question

White Salmon has cheaper hotels. Can we stay across the river?

Answer

We wouldn't recommend staying in White Salmon. There is a toll for each time you cross the bridge, and Uber/Lyft/other rideshare services are difficult to find between White Salmon and Hood River. If you do choose to stay there, you will need to plan on driving yourself back and forth. We will not have any shuttle pick up or drop off in White Salmon.

Answer

We recognize that everyone is traveling to celebrate our wedding, and therefore gifts are not at all required! But, if you're asking, since we have lived together for awhile, and already have all the bits and bobs for our home, we have created a honeymoon fund. It can be found on our wedding website.
