Things To Do

Seward Park

Seward Park

5900 Lake Washington Boulevard South, Seattle, WA 98118

Seward Park is just a half mile from our house and one of our favorite everyday escapes. We love walking the paved loop, spotting wildlife like otters, swans, and bald eagles, and taking in beautiful views of Mount Rainier on a clear day. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful stroll and classic Seattle scenery.

Dough Zone Dumpling House Bellevue

Dough Zone Dumpling House Bellevue

10300 Main Street, Bellevue, WA 98004

One of our favorite Seattle spots! We recommend the pork xiao long bao (soup dumplings), pork Q-bao (steamed buns), and the sweet & sour cucumber. The dan dan noodles are also a standout, known for their signature mouth-numbing spice.

Golden Gardens Beach

Golden Gardens Beach

Seaview Place Northwest, Seattle, WA 98117

The best beach on the Sound! This is where Taylor proposed to Jen and where we play in our beach volleyball league. Come soak up some sun and catch the incredible sunset over the Olympic Mountains.

Slim Goody Sports Bar

Slim Goody Sports Bar

5411 Ballard Avenue Northwest, Seattle, WA 98107

Our favorite watering hole in Ballard! Taylor and Jen took engagement photos here and Taylor is a proud member of the mug club. No better place to watch a game! We highly recommend the fried cheese curds.

Percy's & Co. Seattle

Percy's & Co. Seattle

5233 Ballard Avenue Northwest, Seattle, WA 98107

This is where we had our first date! We planned to grab a drink and then head out to listen to live music but ended up talking for four hours instead. We recommend the Honeybee, which is what we both ordered that night.

Pike Place Market

Pike Place Market

85 Pike St., Seattle, WA 98101

One of the oldest and largest public markets in the US, founded in 1907 and home to the world famous flying fish!

Seattle Center

Seattle Center

305 Harrison Street, Seattle, WA 98109

The Seattle Center hosted the 1962 World's Fair and is the home of the Space Needle and the Seattle Kraken. Museums here include the Chihuly Glass Museum, the Museum of Pop Culture, the Pacific Science Center and the Seattle Children's Museum.

Olympic National Park

Olympic National Park

3002 Mt Angeles Rd, Port Angeles, WA 98362

Olympic National Park is home to the lush Hoh Rainforest, which receives up to 14 feet of rain each year! While you’re exploring the area, stop by Forks, the hometown of the Cullens from Twilight.

Mount Rainier National Park

Mount Rainier National Park

39000 State Route 706 E, Ashford, WA 98304

At 14,410 feet tall, Mount Rainier is the tallest point in the state and features 25 glaciers as well as numerous waterfalls and wildflower meadows. Skyline Loop is a challenging but beautiful hike!
