Are children welcome?

Answer

We will not be having any children at our ceremony/reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! For the ceremony (Summerall Chapel) there is plenty of parking on the Citadel's Campus. For the reception (South Carolina Society Hall) there is a parking garage close to the venue as well as on street parking.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please look at your invitation closely - it will indicate if an additional seat has been allotted for you to bring a guest.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 1, 2026. After that date, we will unfortunately not be able to accommodate you.

Is there a dress code?

Yes - Formal/Black Tie Optional

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an "unplugged" ceremony. Please place your phone on silent during the ceremony. At the reception, we welcome you to take pictures and add to our public album! More details to come!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes, please! Make sure to indicate your allergy as a part of your RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at the ceremony by 2:45PM as the ceremony to begin promptly at 3:00PM.
