What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive no later than 2:45 pm to make sure everyone is settled in their seats before the beginning of the ceremony; as it will begin at 3pm.

Will there be an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

We have opted for a toonie bar - all drinks will be $2. For any shots (shooters) it will be full price (i.e. shot of tequila = full price; shot of vodka for a mixed drink =$2)

What time will the shuttles be taking people home?

Answer

The shuttles will run 10 p.m., 11:30 p.m. and 1 a.m. and will bring people directly to their destination.

Where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will follow the ceremony. Both the Ceremony and Reception will be held at Mount Jamieson (5050 Kamiskotia Rd, Timmins, ON P0N 1C0).

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and have hired photographers to capture the event. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Do you have a registry?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! If you would like to contribute in another way, a monetary gift will help us as we plan our future together.

Can my children come?

Answer

As much as we LOVE your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children, due to limited numbers. This is an adult only ceremony and reception with the exception of our flower girls, ring bearers and those who have travelled in from out of town.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have received a plus one, it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

By when should I RSVP?

Answer

We are asking that you please RSVP no later than July 31st.

I cannot attend, what should I do?

Answer

If you cannot attend, please indicate your absence by declining the invitation on the RSVP tab of our website. If you do not respond by the deadline, your "no" will automatically be filled in for you and your attendance will be counted absent.
