FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 4:00pm. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony.

Question

What should I wear?

Answer

Shoes are optional! If you are going to wear shoes, flats are recommended as the wedding will be in sand and grass! Men: Pants and a button down shirt (short sleeve is okay) Women: Long dresses are recommend in case of wind! No heels please.

Question

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

No! Since we are getting married at our home there is not enough parking to accommodate all of our guests. However, there is a beach parking lot which is walking distance from our home (Malaekahana Beach Campground) and some grass to park on across the street.

Question

When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by December 11, 2025.

Question

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by December 11, 2025, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, however, because we are getting married at our home we need to have our final guest count very early to coordinate with all of the vendors.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited.

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest," and they will also appear under your name when you RSVP online. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Do you have hotel room blocks?

Answer

Yes! We have a room block at the Courtyard in Laie, Hawaii. Please look at the travel tab for the link to the room block.

Question

What will the weather be?

Answer

The weather in Hawai’i is very unpredicted. The temperature will usually range from 66 at night to 80 during the day. However, it is usually very windy and there is always a chance of rain.
