When should I RSVP by?

Please mail your RSVP by August 7th.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends get fancy with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for our evening. Please, no jeans.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Will transportation be provided between to/from the hotel?

Answer

Sadly the Hilton downtown hotel does not provide a shuttle service besides to the airport. The good news is Fort Wayne has plenty of Uber drivers and the Country Club is only 4.6 miles away from the Hilton downtown hotel.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes. There is free parking and free valet services at the Country Club. If you need to Uber home after the wedding, you are free to leave your car on location overnight.

What is the timeline for the day?

Answer

Ceremony 5:30 PM Cocktail Hour 6:00 PM Dinner 7:15 PM Dance the night away with our live band after dinner

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The ceremony will be on the balcony of the Fort Wayne County Club and the reception will take place inside. Don't worry the balcony is covered and has ceiling fans just in case it rains or it's warm out.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party and family will be taking pictures. Guests can head straight into the bar area where we will be serving horderves and beverages. Don't forget to check out the photo booth and to sign our guestbook.

Will food and drinks be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes. We will be serving a full sit down meal with beer, wine, and our wedding signature drinks.
