Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. We do plan to proceed rain or shine. Please wear comfortable footwear as you will need to walk and stand in grass.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive in the area by 3:30pm to give yourself enough time to find parking and be fully seated by 3:50pm for the ceremony to start.

What should I wear?

Answer

We would appreciate if you could join us in cocktail attire. We encourage you to wear comfortable shoes as the ceremony and reception will be held outside and in grass.

What’s the parking situation?

Answer

We encourage everyone to carpool as there is limited room for parking. We will have signs set up to guide you where to park.

Is it okay to take photos or video with my phone or camera during the ceremony?

We ask that you be fully present during our ceremony and to respectfully turn phones and cameras off. During the reception, we encourage you to use this link: https://albums.memento.com/Hodgewedding2024 to upload any photos you may take so that everyone may see and enjoy them!

Will there be an open bar at the wedding?

Answer

There will be a cashless bar at the wedding including a bride’s cocktail, groom’s cocktail, champagne, and a limited selection of beers. We encourage you to bring any other alcohol that you may want.
