To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the deadline is June 1, 2025. If we don't receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as "no." We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner. We hope you can understand.
Aka formal wear. Feel free to wear a tux or an evening gown if you want to be extra fancy. Otherwise, a suit or a mid to floor length cocktail dress is fine.
Any color (except for white, of course)! The wedding party will be wearing black, but black is not off limits to guests. This is an evening wedding if that factors into your decision at all.
We want our wedding to be as intimate as possible. If you'd like to bring a plus one, please talk to us first!
No. We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us, and we will post those photos as soon as they are ready. But other than the ceremony, please feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like!
Yes! We want you to have the best time, so the drinks are on us (but the hangover is on you)!
Aside from cocktail hour being an indoor-outdoor set up, nope! Florida summers are too hot for that.
Unfortunately, the venue does not have designated parking and is located in the heart of downtown St. Augustine. Therefore, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft from wherever you are staying. If you do decide to drive yourself, we ask that you please plan accordingly so you are able to make it to the ceremony on time. Guests should enter through the yellow door on the right side of the Museum with the "Historic Alcazar Pool" sign above it. It is located across the street from the purple house looking restaurant. If you type in 34 Granada St, St Augustine, FL 32084 into your GPS it will lead you right to it. There will be staff at the entrance directing you on where to go from there.
