Jake and I started off as friends and suddenly we both knew there was more than just our friendship. On June 26, 2018 Jake asked me to go see the movie Jurassic Park (by the way he still LOVES his dinosaurs LOL). I said, "Yes! Because who doesn't love Chris Pratt!". We decided to go to the mall an hour before our movie started. As we walked back to Jake's car, we dropped off our bags and it was pouring rain like the scene from the movie, "The Notebook" by Nicholas Sparks. Jake and I were waiting to see if the rain would die down, but that did not happen. Just 10 minutes til our movie starts, Jake said he had to tell me something. My heart was beating like no other, thinking what on earth is going on?...That is when Jake said he wanted to get something off of his chest, to tell me he has feelings for me. I immediately had the butterflies, because I told him that I felt the SAME exact way. Five minutes before the Jurassic Park movie starts and that is when Jake leaned in for our first kiss! We were both ecstatic about opening up and now falling in love was effortless and unconditional. I will never forget June 26, 2018 when Jake asked me to be his girlfriend. Not only do I have a loving partner, but I found my forever best friend.
