Question
Is the ceremony and reception in the same place?
Answer
Yes! We are so blessed to have a venue that offers both spaces. The ceremony will be held in the Tuscan Garden, and the reception will be held under the Starlight Pavilion. When you arrive, you will see that Club Roma is a large venue. Both spaces are located on the far side of the venue past McIntyre Avenue. See the photo for reference, the circle includes the ceremony and reception areas.

Where should I park?
Answer
The venue has parking available for all of our guests. The venue kindly allows guests to leave their vehicles overnight to ensure everyone gets home safely. St. Catharine's has plenty of Ubers. If you are staying outside of St. Catharine's and need a ride to a more rural area, we recommend pre-booking an Uber.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly ask that you arrive 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony to ensure you find your seats, settle in, and allow us to stay on schedule to leave room for all of the fun we have planned for you.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us for our big day. The official dress code is formal attire. The bridal party will be wearing different fall shades to complement the Thanksgiving weekend.

Is the ceremony and reception outside?
Answer
Our ceremony is being held outdoors with consideration of the weather. There are space heaters available during our cocktail hour, and our reception area also has heat, should we need it!

Can I bring a date?
Answer
If you received a plus one, your guest's name would have been addressed in the email and will be listed under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, please respect our wishes to keep our wedding as intimate as possible with our closest friends and family. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we love your little ones, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a night out and appreciate your understanding.

Absolutely yes! Enjoy the drinks on us all night, the hangover is on you.
