Welcome! We are so excited we get to celebrate our marriage with you!

Jacob and I met on the app called Bumble. Isn’t that how all 21st century love stories begin? On Bumble the girl has to talk first, the first thing I said was, “Two truths and a lie?” After that first message we quickly began to talk every day, all day. I soon fell in love with Jacob’s quick wit, his adoration for his family, and his kind words of affirmation he spoke to me. When Jacob FINALLY decided he had time to meet me (it really wasn’t that long I was/am very impatient) we met at a bar called the Upper Deck. (Very classy establishment😉) As soon as Jacob walked in wearing his camo sweatshirt (as we tease) we both say it was love at first sight. I dont know the next day that I spent without him. We said I love you before we officially started dating and moved in together three months later. I guess when ya know ya know. We had our beautiful son, Oakley in October of 2019. Jacob in I both live for our families and we are so excited to “officially” become one!

Our engagement was the buggest surprise of my life thanks to Jacob and our amazing people!❤️ It was Valentines day and we had a date night planned. I had a long day at work and Oakley was being fussy at home so I told my mom we were going to cancel and she would not have to watch Oakley. Little did I know several people were preparing for our special night. My mom made me go and I will admit I was a grump the whole time. Jacob had not made reservations and we went to this random place and I remember thinking well we are definitely not getting engaged tonight. During dinner I just wanted to go home. Jake was laughing the whole time saying I promise we will be engaged by next Valentines. We went straight home and when we went inside I saw my friends and family but it was not until I tirned to our dining room and saw the “Will you marry me” ballons did I have any clue what was happening. I still was in shock as he was on his knee, ring in hand. Jacob thought of every little detail and he knew I would want my people there. It was a night I will never forget.
