Since Taylor proposed to Heather in Acadia National Park during a trip to the coast of Maine in September 2024, it felt only fitting that they would say their vows on the opposite side of the country. So in September 2025, they packed up Taylor’s truck and set out on an adventure, driving across four states to Port Angeles, Washington. On September 17, 2025, Taylor and Heather were married in Olympic National Park, surrounded by towering trees and a few of their closest people. With Taylor’s uncle officiating and their photographer there to capture it all, they exchanged vows in a quiet forest that felt like it had been waiting just for them. After the ceremony, they celebrated with a picnic along the shores of Lake Crescent, soaking in the joy of being newly married before heading up the mountain for photos. Taylor’s truck didn’t exactly love the climb, but it got them there—just in time for some unforgettable views. The whole day felt like a perfect mix of adventure, meaning, and a little bit of magic—completely true to them. Now, they can’t wait to celebrate with you.
