Yes. International travel to Mexico requires a valid passport. Please be sure to double check that your passport is not already expired or expiring in 2025. It typically takes about 4-6 weeks to renew your passport.
As we are organizing multiple events for our wedding celebrations we kindly ask that you RSVP and book your rooms as soon as possible so we can organize with our vendors. However, the deadline is September 1, 2025. If you have not RSVP'd by this date, we will have to count you as a 'no'. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final count within the timeframe they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
Dress to impress! Our wedding day will be Resort Formal, meaning it is a mixture of elegance and relaxed vacation inspired style. Please keep in mind that dinner will be in the sand, so please wear appropriate footwear or expect to check your shoes. Women: Women should wear full length dresses, but light and comfortable fabric. Think florals, fun textures & bright colors. Avoid anything too casual, like sundresses or beachwear. Gentleman: Lightweight suits in breathable fabrics like linen or cotton, often in light or neutral colors, work well. A blazer or sport coat over a button-up shirt is a great choice. A dress shirt (button-down) with dress trousers is appropriate. Avoid casual polo shirts or anything too casual. For our welcome party - please wear all white (khaki is okay as well)! Dress up or down as much as you like! Please wear appropriate shoes as we will be on a boat. It can get a little chilly at night, so I recommend bringing a shawl or light cardigan. An inspiration board to come!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
While we love your little ones, this is strictly an adults-only occasion. We want to ensure all guests, especially parents, can fully immerse themselves in the joy of the occasion.
Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you!
We would love for our guests to be fully present when we say 'I do' so during the ceremony we ask for no phones or cameras and to leave this to the professionals we've hired. However, there will be a few camcorders floating around that we would love guests to use to capture special moments for us!
