Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be held at the Anna Maria Island Inn.

What time should I arrive at the Ceremony?

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Guests may arrive 30 minutes ahead of time to enjoy a pre-ceremony cocktail!

We would love to see our family and friends dressed up with us! We are requesting beach formal attire for our wedding.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have blocked rooms at the Anna Maria Island Inn’s locations of Seabreeze, The Retreat and Tropic Isle. All locations are walking distance to the venue! See travel section for more info.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Parking is extremely limited on the Island and at the venue. The only parking we can guarantee is one spot per room booked. We suggest Uber, Lyft or carpooling. If you are driving to the wedding and do not plan on staying, please reach out to the bride or groom prior to the wedding weekend for parking instructions.

Are kids welcome?

Although we love your little ones, we want our wedding to be your night off! Please note our wedding will be an adult-only affair.

Can I bring a date?

If your invitation says “& Guest” or your guest's name is listed on your invitation, then yes! Otherwise, we would love to keep our wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family only.

Will there be an open bar?

YES! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you...please proceed with caution.

How do I get around AMI?

Answer

There’s two options for free transportation around the island: *Monkey Bus - free pick-up service on AMI, just leave a tip! The Monkey Bus travels all over AMI. You can call 941-565-6542 to schedule a ride anywhere from 12 noon to 3 am – 7 days a week. “Rides for Tips” is their slogan as there is no official charge for this service. *Island Trolley - Sit back, relax, enjoy the view and hop on and off as often as you like. Several trolleys loop the island from Coquina Beach on the southern tip in Bradenton Beach up to the City Pier in the City of Anna Maria on the northern end of the island on a daily basis. Trolley service starts at 6am from both ends of the loop. Trolleys typically run at 20 minute intervals until 9pm, then every 30 minutes until 10:30pm. With trolley stops every two to four blocks, it’s easy to get anywhere you want to go on the island. What should I do if I can’t make it?

We will miss you! If you cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "will NOT attend". Kindly RSVP by Friday November 1st, 2024.
