What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to The Fields Reserve no sooner than 3:15 and no later than 3:45 as the ceremony begins promptly at 4.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are requesting that everyone dress semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Plus ones are by invitation only.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We respectfully request no children in attendance at the ceremony and reception. Thank you for your understanding.

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels?

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be indoors. There is a contingency plan to move the ceremony indoors should there be inclement weather.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a shuttle to the venue, and returning to the hotels at the conclusion of the reception. 3:00 PM pick-up from Courtyard Madison East 3:10 PM pick-up from Fairfield Inn and Suites 9:30 PM pick-up from The Fields Reserve, drop-off at both hotels 11:30/45 PM final pick-up from The Fields Reserve, drop-off at both hotels
