Do I need a passport?

Yes! Please make sure to apply 8-9 months prior to obtain your passport.

Will there be transportation between the airport and the resort?

Answer

Yes. There will be transportation aranged to and from the resort. Mrs. Jina (the travel agent) will help arrange this. Private transportation can be arranged if desired.

What is included with the stay?

Answer

All areas of the resort are all inclusive meaning that food and drinks (alcohol) are included in the price of your stay. (Please bring cash (small bills) to tip the staff. Mexico is a very poor country and this is how the staff make a living.) Spa and special experiences may cost extra.

Is this area safe?

Answer

All transportation will be private and bring you directly to and from the resort, wedding venue, and excursions guests may choose. The resort has security preventing outsiders from being on the property.

Fun things to do?

Answer

The resort has pools, beach areas, bars, restaurants, night-time shows, water parks, and other amenities on-site for guests to enjoy. There are also excursions off site that the concierge can help arrange for you. (This will be an additional cost.)

Will my cell phone work here?

Answer

You will need to check with your phone provider to see if there is any additional coverage through them that will be required. Some company's service works fine. The resort has wifi throughout, but with all providers there will be areas off the property you will not get service.
