Yes - this is a black-tie event. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a tuxedo or a formal black suit and tie. Ladies should wear a floor-length gown or a formal cocktail dress. Think elegant and celebratory—we want you looking your best!
Both the ceremony at Good Shepherd and the reception at The Headliners Club will be indoors.
While we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a well-deserved night out!
We are so excited to celebrate with our nearest and dearest. Please refer to your invitation for details on whether a guest is included.
We've reserved a limited amount of rooms at The Driskill, just a couple of blocks away from The Headliners Club. Please contact Taylor or Ferris directly to inquire.
Parking will be available at both the ceremony and reception venues. Good Shepherd has a guest lot on-site, and The Headliners Club offers parking in the attached garage.
If you’re invited to the rehearsal dinner, you’ll receive a separate invitation with all the details. We’re keeping this event more intimate with family and the wedding party—but we can’t wait to celebrate with everyone at the wedding!
Please plan to arrive 15–20 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating. We want to start on time, and we’d love for you to be part of every moment!
We will be providing transportation between Good Shepherd and The Headliners Club for the wedding party and a small group of immediate family members. All other guests are kindly asked to arrange their own transportation. Both venues have parking available, and rideshare services like Uber and Lyft are readily accessible in Austin.
Yes—our wonderful photographers and videographers will be capturing the celebration. Feel free to take photos too, but we kindly ask that you put phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present.
Yes! Arnie will be helping the bride and groom get ready in their respective suites at Good Shepherd prior to the ceremony!
