Hudson House
This is our favorite restaurant in Dallas and our go to when people come visit! Hudson House is known for their martinis and oysters but you can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They have multiple locations throughout the DFW area for those of you that aren't staying near Downtown Dallas. Emily's Order - Lemon Drop Martini and the Cheeseburger, add lettuce and tomato Taylor's Order - Espresso Martini and the Chicken Parmesan
JOEY Dallas
This restaurant is one of our favorites! Upscale restaurant located inside NorthPark Mall with free champagne when you arrive. They have all types of cuisines but we recommend the Tuna Poke Bowl and Steak Frites.
Maple & Motor
Hole in the wall hamburger joint. We haven't been here yet but multiple friends and family have said this is the best burger they've ever had!
Puttshack - Addison
Taylor took me to play mini golf on our first date. Needless to say, he picked a great place and we had a blast! PuttShack is our favorite mini golf place that's close to the ceremony and reception venue. They have a lot of different courses, as well and food and drinks. It's also a great indoor place to take the kids!
The Dallas World Aquarium
We went here on one of our first dates and still talk about how much fun we had! The aquarium is a little pricey but definitely a must if you have time.
The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden
Taylor took me here for my 31st birthday and it's still one of our favorite experiences we've had together. The gardens should be even more beautiful in early May!
Globe Life Field
Taylor and I LOVE going to sporting events and we've gone to so many games at Globe Life. The Texas Rangers have home games during our wedding weekend and we highly recommend going to a game if you have time!
Katy Trail Ice House
One of Taylor's favorites! The Katy Trail is a 3.5 mile walking trail in the heart of Dallas. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and live music along the trail but Katy Ice House is one of the most famous stops.
