Arrival & Welcome Dinner

12:30 pm - 11:30 pm

Attire: Semi Formal

ARRIVAL 12:30pm: Please arrive at Pisa International Airport, where a bus will be available to transport everyone to the villa. 1:00pm - 2:00pm: The bus will depart promptly at 1:00 PM. We recommend having lunch beforehand, as dinner will be served at 6:00 PM. Please do not be late for the bus. We have allocated 30 minutes to load all guests and luggage. Thank you! 2:00 - 3:00pm: Arrival at Villa Parisi. A welcome drink will be served on the patio. Take this time to check in, enjoy a glass of bubbly, and take in everything the villa has to offer. WELCOME DINNER 5:00 - 6:00pm: Please join us on the terrace for cocktail hour, followed by an authentic Italian pizza party by the pool. *SURPRISE EVENT* 8:30pm: Please consult the invitation in your room for more details.

Wedding Day!

1:00 pm - 11:45 pm

Attire: Black Tie

Please consult the style guide for inspiration! CHAMPAGNE HOUR 1:00pm - 2:00pm: Please gather on the terrace, champagne will be served before the ceremony begins. CEREMONY 2:00pm - 2:30pm: Everyone will make there way to the dock for the ceremony. 2:30pm - 3:00pm: Ceremony will take place. * It is a long walk down to the dock with rocks and steep steps, keep this in mind when choosing your shoes :) APERITIVO 3:00pm - 5:00pm: Everyone will head back up to the pool area for light food and refreshments. DINNER 5:00pm - 7:00pm: Dinner will be served under the tent with a sunset ocean view. 8:00pm - 10:00pm: Special performance by Men on the Moon poolside. 10:00pm - 12:00am: End the night off with dancing under the lights with DJ Marco.

BEACH DAY 2:00pm - 5:00pm: Heading offsite to local beach bar Bagni Nettuno for Happy Hour on the sand! *This is an optional event. If you would like to attend please let us know so we can have an accurate number of people for the booking. GOODBYE DINNER 6:00pm: BBQ Pool Party! Games, Drinks & Food. Wear your best BBQ attire!

Final Day

9:00 am - 11:00 am

GOODBYE BRUNCH 8:00am - 10:00am: Join us for one last meal before checkout. 11:00pm: Please be checked out by 11:00, the Villa may charge late fees. 11:15/11:30pm: Bus leaves to escort those who would like to go back to Pisa International Airport.
