Help transporting flower arrangements and desserts to Mama’s sometime Friday night would be appreciated!

Our short ceremony will begin promptly at 2:15pm and take place in the grass / on cobblestones, so please consider wearing comfortable shoes. No chairs are permitted, so it will be standing room only, but there are benches around the property if you need to sit and rest. Please plan to arrive by 2pm so we can show you where the ceremony will be held. And stick around because we’d like to take some group photos after! Willowwood Arboretum is a beautiful, historic garden and state park. We are expected to be respectful of the grounds and leave it exactly as we found it. Picking plants, moving rocks, throwing bird seed or confetti, etc. is not permitted. Please feel free to take a stroll around the grounds before or after the ceremony!

Join us in the Rainbow Room at Mama’s Cafe Baci for a post-ceremony celebration featuring tasty Italian appetizers, pasta, and desserts. Cash bar only. Please inform us if you have any food allergies / dietary restrictions so we can make sure to accommodate!
