Taylor's Version: We met at North & South in Verona in September 2021. I was managing the restaurant and Dylan was with his best friend eating crab legs & drinking a martini at the bar. While Dylan was chatting away with the bartender who he used to work with, I was pointing Dylan out to a friend telling her that I thought he was cute. I had plans to go out the next night with work friends, including that bartender. I invited Dylan to come out with us, and Dylan wrote his name and number on a bar napkin to test if I would really text him. I texted him "Monkey Shines 11:00, be there or be square" and obviously Dylan couldn't resist. To this day he will tell you that he asked me out but we all know the real version of that story. We did not stop talking after that Saturday night out, and just over 3 years later we were engaged. Dylan's Version: I needed some friendship, so I went out with my good friend Ryen for margaritas and tacos. We had more to discuss, so we decided to get martinis and crab legs. We walked into a bar and we were greeted by an old friend. I noticed a lady who was stunning and shy, but I had the confidence from margaritas and vodka so we got to talking. She invited me out for the night after. I knew I couldn't miss this opportunity to get to know a beautiful woman, so I wrote my number on a napkin and I gave it to her to see if she was actually interested.
