Take Kahekili highway up the east side of the island to the North Shore. Along the way you can stop at the Ho'omaluhia Botanical Gardens, Kualoa Ranch, and grab our favorite ice cream at Waiahole Poi Factory called "the Sweet Lady of Waiahole".
