Yes, semi-formal / dressy casual. Ladies should wear a nice dress, a skirt, or a nice pair of pants. Gentlemen should wear slacks, a dress shirt, sport coat, and tie (optional).

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes plenty of parking will be available. Signs will be posted guiding you to the parking area.
