Once Upon a Time... I was sitting on the couch late one Sunday night with my roomie Sara Storey, scrolling Hinge and wondering if I would ever stop going on first dates. I paused when I came across a tall, dark, and handsome man, noting his denim jacket, gorgeous smile, and comment about being a follower of Jesus. After discussing with Sara *just* how to word it, I decided to shoot my shot and message him, opening with a casual line about the Queens Gambit on Netflix and how he looked really good in his photo. That was around midnight on February 7th, 2022. We have talked every single day since. There have been many things in my life that have caused me anxiety, but choosing this tender, playful, strong man has been the most peace-filled decision of my life. I love you, my Sweetheart.

Online dating was a rollercoaster. It took many awkward dates and patience to find somebody I could really click with. When I met Taylor on that fateful day I noticed how easy it was to talk to her. Her down to earth demeanor and calm presence made me feel at ease. Best of all she was easy to talk to and a goofball just like me! Overtime I got to see more of her heart and I remember falling in love with her so naturally. I am beyond blessed to have met this beautiful woman who has made me a better man. I'm just thankful to have found somebody that finally thinks my jokes are funny. I love you Taylor.
