What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Garden Party Cocktail Attire We invite guests to dress in garden party inspired cocktail attire with a formal touch, perfect for early October weather! Think cocktail or midi dresses, dressy jumpsuits and skirts, suits or tailored dress shirts with slacks. Jackets, blazers, and ties are encouraged (but not required). We kindly ask guests to avoid wearing white, jeans, t-shirts, and overly casual footwear. Pro tip: October evenings can be a little crisp, so a light jacket, shawl, or wrap will keep you comfy while still looking fabulous.

Our ceremony and reception will both be at Anderson Terrace Wedding and Events Venue, 11505 Anderson Mill Rd, Austin, TX 78750.

Will there be parking?
Answer
Yes! On-site parking is available, and a friendly parking attendant will be there to help you pull in and get settled.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Help us get the party started! We recommend arriving no later than 30 minutes before the ceremony so everyone can get seated on time. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5 PM.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Both! The ceremony and reception will primarily take place outdoors. The reception will be partially tented, with open-air areas for dancing and mingling. Food service and restrooms will be inside the house for your convenience.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
We kindly ask that you RSVP by August 20th, 2026 through our wedding website so we can plan accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a plus-one or children?
Answer
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! We can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. When you RSVP, all invited guests in your party will appear automatically. If your children or significant other are invited, their names will be included on the invitation or envelope (for example: “The ___ Family” or “___ & Guest”). Thank you so much for understanding!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! Our fajita bar has something for everyone, and we’re happy to accommodate dietary restrictions if we know ahead of time. Just let us know about any allergies when you RSVP. We want everyone to enjoy every bite! Don’t worry, we’ll have gluten-free options ready, personally Taylor-approved!

Where should I stay?
Answer
For convenience, we recommend staying near Anderson Terrace where there are plenty of hotels and Airbnbs nearby so you can easily get to the venue and enjoy the day stress-free. If you’re looking to explore Austin before or after the wedding, neighborhoods like Downtown, South Congress, and East Austin are full of restaurants, coffee shops, music venues, and local charm.

Should I bring a gift?

Do you have transportation for guests?
Answer
We won’t have shuttle service, but there are plenty of ways to get around! Rideshares, taxis, or carpooling work great, and don’t worry there’s plenty of on-site parking at Anderson Terrace.
