When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive for the ceremony between 4:00 and 4:15 pm as the ceremony begins at 4:30 pm

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at Braestone Farm for the ceremony and reception. You are welcome to leave your vehicle overnight, but it must be picked up before 10:30 am the next morning

Is there transportation from the hotel to ceremony and back after reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be shuttle service available from the Fairfield Inn Orillia to the ceremony. Shuttle will depart from the hotel at 3:45 pm. There will also be shuttle options later in the evening to return to the Fairfield Inn from the reception

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Yes, we do have a hotel block at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Mariott Orillia. All information is listed on this website under the travel tab

Will the ceremony and reception be held indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors (weather permitting) and the reception will be indoors in a seasonal building

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony there will be cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres and open bar until dinner at approximately 6:30 pm. Dinner is plated, you will send your entree request with RSVP for dinner. Following dinner will be dancing and celebrating until approximately 12:45 am

There are vegan/vegetarian options, you will select with your RSVP. Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions
