Please arrive by 3:30 PM if you aren't taking the shuttle so you have time to park, make your way to the ceremony site, and get settled before the ceremony begins at 4:00 PM.
Upon arrival, guests will be directed to drive all the way through the ranch to the top of the hill and park near the ceremony site. After the ceremony, you’ll return to your car and drive back down to the hay barns, where you’ll park for the remainder of the evening.

Farmhouse Formal is an elevated take on western and countryside style refined, playful, polished, and celebratory. Think tailored silhouettes, rich textures, statement accessories, and western-inspired details. Boots, suede, leather, denim tops, denim vests, bolo ties, hats, color, and pattern are all welcome when styled in a polished way. We kindly ask guests to avoid jeans, overly casual denim, or anything that feels costume-style western. The goal is upscale ranch, not rodeo night.
Yes, portions of the celebration will take place outdoors on the ranch. We recommend choosing shoes that are comfortable for walking on natural terrain.
We adore your children, but for this celebration we’ve chosen to make our wedding adults-only, aside from children in our immediate family. We hope this allows everyone to fully enjoy the evening and celebrate with us!
We’ve thoughtfully included plus ones for guests where appropriate. If you believe your invitation may be missing a plus one, please feel free to reach out to us directly.
The venue is at a higher elevation (approximately 7,400 feet). We recommend staying hydrated and taking it easy if you’re traveling from lower elevations.
